Cat's Book Signing & More
If you are a local listener: Cat's 1st book signing will be August 22nd at The Journey's Path Metaphysical Supply & Wellness Center in West Chicago and August 30th an open house at 1:30pm at the Wellness Sanctuary in Warrenville. Today we are discussing more tools we use to help us navigate what others think or tell us, we both have a copy of Louise Hay's book to reference and we share some of the reasons why you should too. The 3 R's: Request, Recommend, Require
Since we know how the media operates its important to take note of what the individual stores ask of their customers. When someone asks me why I believe the masks are useless, I take that opportunity to share all the information I have found. Everyone is entitled to wear or act how they are comfortable but when their freedom steps on your rights, then it is necessary to stand up for what you believe in without worrying about what others will think. Embrace and live your life!
It's OK to Stand Up
Standing up for something you want to make people aware of can you exciting and scary. I decided to be brave and stand up for an opinion I have on a recommendation, and to my surprise people starting mentioning how it was helpful what I shared because they have felt hated for their own opinion. So banner and marker in hand, I take to one of the busiest streets in town. I can attest that if you put intention with your action, you can start inspiring others. Medically Necessary Personal Empowerment
God is so good to give us some examples from last week to show how important your thoughts are and keeping positive when around people stuck in 3D energy. Beth having experienced a "newer" medical issue, goes straight to metaphysical anatomy book to help work through what doctors suspect are the cause or treatment for these tumors. We laugh at the funny observations and hope you enjoy the examples. If you have any thing you would like us to look up in the book to explore next week, let us know.
Personal Empowerment with Friendship
Discussing how people come in and out of your life with the concept that they all serve purposes, both good and bad. Sometimes because of your own path, you may need to let them go so you can continue to grow. Relationships are all about boundaries and as you evolve and figure out where they lie, it may led you to change the relationship because what once served a purpose, just doesn't fit into your life any longer.
Surrender = Peace?
Beth shares how moving into a surrendering role instead of insisting on controlling life actually shifts your way of being into a more peaceful and calming place. "I thought letting go was supposed to feel closer to not caring but actually it feels like letting God sit in the drivers seat. Which then helps me stop being that annoying backseat driver, lol."

What can one person do to stop these towers from going up? Why isn't the US trying to stop them like other European countries? So to try to help Cat addresses listeners to get an understanding on content and why she speaks from the place she does. Also Happy Fathers Day to those who fulfill that role!
Going Down the Rabbit Hole
Today we were discussing personal empowerment in terms of seeking out the truth in situations we come across. We are asking questions and trying to search down the rabbit hole to learn more about what we are hearing that doesn't seem to add up. This all lead into sharing the concept of forgiveness workshop and new questions to ask yourself. As always we want to help with both tools and personal stories to be the best version of your empowered self.

First off THANK YOU for those who have or are currently serving. What a weekend this is turning out to be, it seems that people are seeming to enjoy more company so Cat and I were discussing how it felt to been judged for loosening our own personal empowerment choices and since sharing our experience is a cornerstone of this podcast, figured it would help you feel more secure in your own decisions.
Also I was able to pick up my copy of Cat's book and have been enjoying the stories and feelings on her journey, her hospital experience was described perfectly to a T, and I felt a connection that I will go ahead and assume others who have been there will be able to identify with. This week with the help of some interesting weather that had a role to play on our technical complications (turn of events lol), I decided to bring 3 mindfulness techniques (Heart Lock In, Grounding, & Self-Compassion) so you don't have to search through our other podcasts to re-listen to. Both Cat and I are clear that without incorporating heart lock in and meditation you are able to shift easier than not taking the time to honor yourself and help others. 1 person meditating for 10mins can vibrationally affect 750K people!!!!! We just ask that you try a little more each week and let us know how it is going or if you need help in a certain area. Good Luck! We know you can do it!

Continuing our conversation with staying in the present moment, we expand to surrendering to God. Once we surrender to what God had in mind, it made our experiences not only more manageable to deal with but shed light on part of our purposes to help people keep a healthy perspective on life.
