Christina Huntington on Tuning In, Not Out
What are your thoughts on meditation? I used to think: "Meditation is not for me." "I can't sit still long enough to meditate." "All I do is worry, how am I supposed to meditate?" Does this sound like you? It most definitely used to be us before finding our own meditation practice. Christina Huntington is featured on this week's podcast and she believes EVERYONE can meditate. "It's just a matter of getting out of your own way--learning to understand the surface noise of your thoughts and feelings so you can reach the greater stillness waiting to be discovered deep within. There is no magic fairy wand to instantly get to Inner Peace. But there are some quick access points. You just have to know how to get there...and be willing to have some fun along the way." Check out Christina on this week's episode!
