Rebranding and the other 3 R's
Welcome to the rebranded show.... Your Brand.
Your Brand is all about... well, YOU. Over the summer, I went through a lot of personal work and development. I realized some things that I share in this episode. And I also realized that the world does not revolve around just Fitness and Nutrition.
So... the FAN UP show expanded into Your Brand, where the focus is not only on creating your dream body and physique, but also about living your dream, manifesting your life, and being your own damn self.
Part of my rebranding has been to learn to be okay with my flaws. So.... here is an unedited, untouched, episode upload for you guys.
Share if you like it. Enjoy!
