Let’s talk about the pelvic floor with Erin from Female Focus Physiotherapy
The pelvic floor. It’s complex, it holds our reproductive organs, it supports us and grows with us in pregnancy. It’s a wondrous part of our body, but we know so little and also assume so much of what we experience is normal. Today’s episode breaks down the pelvic floor, it’s job and why we should also see a pelvic floor physiotherapist, at least once!! It’s not as scary as you think and Erin breaks it all down for us today.
The Female Focus has been developed through Erin’s personal experience with birth and recovery, combined with over a decade of professional experience as a physiotherapist - creating a place dedicated to helping women in their journeys through pregnancy and beyond.
Erin has extensive experience in private practice and enjoys managing sports and musculoskeletal injury as well as pelvic health concerns. She has helped clients who range from international level athletes with serious injury through to women recovering from c-sections. She is passionate about helping women achieve their optimal health and fitness, regardless of their stage of life.

What an episode I have for you this time around. This conversation that I had with Tara Teng was epic. We covered the intersectionality of sexuality and spirituality, we spoke about purity culture, we spoke about decolonisation and our anti-racism work that is part of being a fully embodied human. We discussed the layers that are involved in life, the layers that we need to make sure are involved in our life, supporting the LGBTQA+ humans and the ethical and sustainability choices we need to make in our lives. If you have never heard of Tara or you have never spoken to her or heard her words she is an absolutely incredible human that has dedicated so much of her life already to Justice and I'm really stoked for this episode. There's not much more that I can say to convince you to press play so just press play!

4 Pillars of Strength and tapping into your feminine with Jacob Weatherley
TW: Mention of suicide within this episode.
Welcome back for another episode! I’m so excited to bring Jacob onto the podcast. Jacob is the husband of my beautiful friend Grace (Episode 5) and so I was excited to bring another male voice into the ever evolving conversation around sexuality, spirituality, the masculine, the feminine and the list can just go on!

Jacob is a Mens Coach who guides men into being confident, fulfilled and happy human beings through teaching them to become stronger within their physical bodies, their mentality, their emotions and their spirituality. After experiencing multiple failed relationships, cheating and being cheated on, a suicide attempt and the almost destruction of his business, Jacob quickly learned what it was like to be ‘stuck in the rut’.
Through years of personal development, internal work and developing systems and strategies to move through his own challenges, he now coaches men across the country who have low self worth, no confidence and no direction and turns them into truly STRONG men.

How to be a supportive partner for vaginismus
Welcome back for another episode. Today I bring in my hubby, Dan, to share about his side of supporting me during the time I experienced vaginismus. This episode applies if you or your partner are experiencing any kind of painful sex! I think this is a really important episode for people to listen to, even if you’re not a partner, it’s good to know! We chat through his initial experience and feelings when we didn’t know this condition had a name, how he combated negative thoughts and his mindset to be a supportive and patient partner. Dan also shares why this didn’t entitle him to a free hall pass and how we managed to stay together during something this difficult. This is a great episode if you have a partner who is looking to better support you during this journey or if you are the partner!

Finding Humanity in Ideas, A Conversation with Konrad from Ideas Digest
This episode I interview Konrad from Ideas Digest! I wanted to bring Konrad on the show to share his perspective on beliefs and why he’s taken his unique approach with his own podcast. How his guests have impacted him through the different podcast episodes and Konrad’s framework for working through new ideas and beliefs. He is an intellectual thinker and is a great observer in conversation. I’m a fan of this episode (maybe biased) but I think you will be too!
Konrad is just another bloke with a podcast who wants to practice believing the best of other people. Behind every idea, good or bad, there is a person & circumstances that has led them to where they are.
After growing up on the edges of conservative christianity Konrad noticed the endless claims to 'Truth' everyone around him was making. As he began to observe politics he began to notice the same. These claims to absolute 'Truth' whether they be political or religious helped build a strong tribe, a sense of belonging and helped render a very uncertain world understandable. However this comfrotable certainty had an ever present and not so hidden dark side, Konrad began to notice that the ones who held the absolute claim of Truth, would consider themselves right & righteous, quickly labelling those who disagree as wrong, nieve, dumb or pure evil.
With the podcast Ideas Digest, Konrad aims to understand the ideas that divide humanity and dig deep enough to try and understand the person behind the idea.

The story of Maddison, authentically becoming herself
We’re back with another episode and this week we are chatting with Maddison! Maddison lives in Queensland and is a lawyer there. I found Maddison through a Facebook group after she posted a transformation style video of her transitioning process and I was amazed to see the process and visually witness the change in her. Maddison is transgender and shares her personal story of growing up and then transitioning to female in an environment that wasn’t accepting of her. Maddison’s story is very personal and I’m so grateful she took the time to share it with us.
Maddison also graciously shares with the cis-gendered community on ways that we can support the transgender community and how we can use our voice wisely to ensure there is true inclusivity for all.

Hi there, I’m Sophia Spallino. After my divorce and taking time to heal and find myself again, I put in the work to grow as an influencer and started a podcast. Now I am host of Enlightened the Podcast and an Instagram influencer with a niche focus on personal growth and age gap relationships!

Dismantling Christianity, stepping out of Purity Culture and becoming a Sacred Slut with Christin Henke
What a juicy episode! Christin shares with us today her journey from stepping out of Christianity and the harmful effects of purity culture and into sexual liberation! She shares parts of her story that she hasn’t shared elsewhere and how where she started has now gotten her to here, being a Sacred Slut. She is fiery, sexy and REALLY easy to listen to, we could have talked for hours!
The simplest way to describe what Christin does is “Sex Coach”, but her work is SO MUCH MORE than that. To get a little “woo” on you, Christin’s passion lies at the axis of feminine wholeness and erotic expression. In Her 1:1 and group coaching, She empowers women to unapologetically claim their sexuality through healing shame, embracing their desire, and embodying pleasure in and OUT of the bedroom.
Christin is also the creator and host of Nothing Confidential [the podcast]. A platform created with the singular mission to normalise taboo topics surrounding female sexuality in order to shine a light on the societal, cultural, and/or religious shame and stigma that prevents us from healing our trauma, being at home in our bodies, and experiencing true wholeness and liberation.

Conscious Sexuality, How I got to where I am today and what’s next with Jasmin Carman, your host!
Jasmin brings you her very first podcast episode, interviewed by her husband, Dan, just for you! This episode you’ll hear Jasmin’s story and path she has now taken which has led her to here, Conscious Sexuality. She is passionate about dismantling the patriarchy, shedding harmful thought patterns and stepping into being your most authentic self. Life has never been better since she has followed her true path. Though, this path isn’t easy, with a lot of backlash from people dear to her, she has powered on and persevered knowing this is her true path.
Jasmin is now a coach in training and works hard to help womxn find freedom and healing in discovering themselves. She is passionate about normalising the conversation around sex and breaking down the stigma of shame around it. For generations, women have lived with shame and fear around their own bodies and their sexual experiences. They are conflicted with false information about everything from; how their bodies should look, how their vulva should smell and what a man wants in bed. Through her own healing journey she sought guidance from trusted medical professionals, but also sex, menstrual cycle and feminine wholeness coaches. The wisdom they shared about leaning into your natural cycle, loving your body and especially your vulva as well as digging in deep to resolve past traumas, really brought Jasmin freedom and a new sense of knowledge and direction about sex and sexuality.
