The Rage Fitness NHS Wellbeing Programme is a 6 week programme to support NHS employees improve physically, mentally or emotionally.
The Rage Fitness Wellbeing Group have been running NHS Wellbeing Programmes since 2018 and so far supported an amazing 3560 NHS Staff, with 100% improvement across their overall wellbeing.
NHS employees need our support now more than ever. From the pandemic and lack of wrap around services/support, combining that with personal challenges and circumstances has seen a monumental decline in NHS Employees physical, mental and emotional overall wellbeing.
Over the next few episodes/ podcasts Rage Fitness Wellbeing Group have recorded interviews/ 'Success Stories' with NHS Staff who have accessed the wellbeing programme and speaking about their experiences, results and thoughts of the NHS Wellbeing Programme.
