Hello listeners yes I couldn’t even stay away until the start of season 2. I decided switch things up and make the format light until things kick off again. I have some great news to share firstly I am turning 40 in just 3 weeks and second I am writing a book to commemorate my coming of age called 40 Lessons I learnt by 40. I am really excited about it. The e book will touch on lessons I learned in my 30s covering lessons in life, relationships, business , parenting and faith. It’s an honest piece and I hope readers will enjoy it. It will be available for download from my social media pages. Additionally I plan to raise funds through the writing of this book for two charities doing a lot in the mentoring and training of youth space. How to say NO and still win...Ep 12
Learning to say no is actually an important lesson in prioritisation. Exercising your right to say No affirms your desire to live intentionally and to succeed through self accountability and proper decision making. You want to be open to possibilities but not by chasing things to the point of meltdown. It’s also about learning to say no to things that you aren’t comfortable with and saying NO powerfully and confidentially. Also we say no to self-limiting limiting beliefs.
