confession #1: I'm frustrated as f*ck.
Y'all know imma keep it real. I've been frustrated as hell with life and it's been keeping me down ... but I'm ready to STAND UP. I'm learning that life is all about remembering who you are through the bs. This episode is about remembering who I AM and why I do what I do. In the words of Aaliyah, "If at first you don't succeed, then dust yourself off and try again." Here's me, trying again.
stop being nice and set some boundaries b¡tch.
I know — a part of you just jumped. Was it the side of you that's a servant to everyone else's needs/desires? Or ... was it the side of you that is ready to be free from the shackles of people pleasing?? from one bad b¡tch to another, do better and set some boundaries!
release
some days feel like a breeze, and some days feel hard as f*ck. on the days when nothing seems to be going right, the answers lie in how much you are able to release and surrender to the natural currents of life. stop forcing it, babe! just be!
bad b¡tch realizations! (don't kill ur own joy)
rediscovering one's true self means getting in touch with past dreams and fantasies. are you going to allow your authentic self to live, or keep living the life that was handed to you?

perfection kills
I should have listened to hannah montana when she said" nobody's perfect, I got to work it, again and again til I get it right".
Metamorphosis!
change can be beautiful... but it also can be hard as f*ck! didn't retrograde end already? why do I feel like this?

one thing that I am sure about is that you don't know how much power you have within yourself! your mind is such a beautiful and powerful thing but more than likely, you aren't using it to its best ability. It's meant to help you manifest and attract all of the things you want.
in this episode, I want to talk about the power we yield simply with our minds and how it can help us get out of a disempowered state.
"ugh i've been in a rut!"
being in a rut is not fun. your creativity is stifled. you don't feel like dealing with people. you don't even feel like getting out of bed. in this episode listen while Ellis lists his tip and tricks about getting out of a rut! relatable af.

Stop holding yourself back!
going through the motions
