On the podcast this week… Is the man behind BenchWarmers.ie and his name is Neville Donoghue! BenchWarmers is online sports platform site which has over 4 million followers across all platforms. It is widely known for its banter, however close to the sun it maybe, but one thing is for sure you can’t deny the online presence that they have developed. We talk about how BenchWarmer’s started, building a team, doing what makes you happy in life among much much more.

Before Christmas we put it out there that we wanted to do a podcast based around Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies. A name put forward to us was Kevin O’Leary and he did not disappoint. Kevin is a PHD student in UCC studying Blockchain and the knowledge he bought with him about this new world was fantastic. Kevin was an absolute gent and we had a great time filming with him.

 This week, unfortunately we had a guest pull out last minute, and Conor Egan came in on short notice and saved the day. 

Conor is a personal trainer whose high energy and fantastic personality is all apart of his great character. Conor talks about life as a personal trainer, social media, UFC, Tattoos and much more while also bringing a level of banter to the table. We had an absolutely brilliant time filming this podcast and a big thanks goes out to Conor again for stepping in on such short notice.

 Only 4 short years ago Rob Lipsett was working a 9-5 job and had a passion for fitness. At this same time he was working on building his YouTube channel as that is where he saw his future. Through hard-work and dedication, Rob followed his dream.  

Rob began as an online coach but is now a speaker, a serial entrepreneur and a brand ambassador for several businesses.  

Fast forward to the present day and Rob, and with over 337 videos now online and over 790,000 followers across four platforms it is safe to say Rob has become one of Ireland's leading influencers.

Jonny Holland was a professional rugby player for Munster, He was living every young lad's dream in representing his local province. Unfortunately for Jonny, this dream came to a cruel end when he had to retire from the game at only 25 due to a recurring hamstring injury.    

We were delighted to sit down and talk all things Jonny. He answers all YOUR questions and all of OUR's. What is so evident throughout this podcast is Jonny's resilience and motivation. An Inspiring young man.
