Sometimes the very foundation you didn't realize was there, manifests itself in ways you never imagined. Such was the case for me. 

After almost three months of my morning workout routine, I'm finally ready to share what's it's done for me, and how prepared I am for the challenges that await.  

It’s my 42nd birthday, but I’m the one giving the gifts (of audio). I share a birthday with a very special lady and I share a little bit about what made her unique. I also share how this time of year always made me depressed and what I’ve been doing to combat it.

23 years ago Mike Silver and I were hallmates on the 2nd floor of North Carolina A&T’s Scott B dorm, now he’s running for District Court Judge in Forsyth County and he’s my first in-studio guest. 

Entertainment used to be my escape from reality; but with society’s push for more virtual connectivity through social networking, reality is now my escape from entertainment.

I had an opportunity to make some great music with some great people and here is that story. Love my musical family forever!
