Jean explains about one of her favorite things to talk about The Chinese Traditional Medicine, Elements. The cycle of season has changed, and we are now into the Metal Element. What does that mean? When you study meridian channels, they corollate with a certain element with TCM. This time of year is about structure, boundaries and letting go.
It also is a time of reflection, turning in and slowing down. Jean explains a little more in details on how you can go with the energy this time of year.

Do you have Grit? Episode #29
Jean is literally obsessed with this word. Ever since she read the book "Grit" by Angela Duckworth her mindset has changed. We all have that drive within us we just have to wake it up. Grit takes courage and determination that is not something you learn it has to come from within. What she loves about this word is that it has NOTHING to do with IQ, your talent and even your job title. It comes from your soul. You have to dig deep to find it, but it is there.
The Background of my book " Under the Dryer" Episode #28
Jean was a hairdresser for 29 years and owned her own hair salon for 11 years. Her girlfriend encouraged her over twenty years ago to write a book on her experiences and the bizarre things that went on. Jean explains the obstacles and her doubt on why it took so long to write this book.
Her book will be out April 2022.
Toltec Breathwork with Mary Ellzey - Episode #26
Jean has a conversation with her friend Mary about her passion for Toltec Breathwork. Mary explains she was having a tuff time in her marriage when she discovered the breathwork through a friend of hers. This process of breathwork has been used by Shamans for centuries with the help of ancestral spirits and guides. Mary is now a certified facilitator for this work.

Spring Element - Wood - Episode #25
Jean explains about the philosophy of the Chinese Five Element. On March 20th the wood element is applied with awareness and observation.
The wood element is about the Liver and Gallbladder meridian channels. Meridan channels are invisible energy pathway we all have internally. There is 72,000 different channels. So for the next three months we examine, explore and balance out these two channels for a better well being.
Anger and resentment are the two emotions we will be challenged with. She gives yin poses, foods and oils that will help keep you balanced.
