Katie Warner: Self Love is a Lie… and Other Bullsh*t I Used to Believe
Katie Warner is an author, speaker, digital course creator, and solo mom of 4, dedicated to inspiring self-love and empowerment in women across the globe. Katie birthed Salt Water & Soul Fire in 2017 as a movement to support and guide women, particularly mothers, to take radical responsibility for loving themself, leading themself, and the intentional creation of their life. Since then, she’s created several online courses, written an eBook titled “Self Love is a Lie… and Other Bullshit I Used to Believe”, hosted many in-person retreats for women, and published tons of epic content for her community across social media platforms. Katie draws from her personal experiences, amazing coaching skills, and natural ability to ‘see things differently’, in addition to a profound knowledge of energy and the law of attraction, to guide her clients as they “turn the kaleidoscope” and begin to view their life through a lens of personal power, self-leadership, and unapologetic self-love.

Let's Talk Times of Transition & Stepping Into the Unknown
This week is a solo episode because it's been awhile since we've caught up 1:1! I talk through what I've been reflecting on under the themes of times of transition and stepping into the unknown. This whole last year has truly felt like a masterclass of taking inspired action while learning how to enjoy right where I am - here and now. There's so much we just can't plan for these days - even as the world starts to open back up. I don't know about you, but I feel like I can FEEL the momentum which is exciting but then it can quickly turn into overwhelm once I remember how there's still a lot to be figured out and clarified before I can really make more plans.
Hope you enjoy this episode - stay tuned for a new interview releasing next Friday.

Kim Flagg & Leah Shirton: emBODY Love Workshop Event at Banyan Tree Yoga
In this episode my discussion with Leah Shirton and Kim Flagg from the emBODY love workshop held at Banyan Tree Yoga studio in Nashua NH is the main focus of this episode.
Kim, owner of Banyan Tree & Leah, creator of the emBODY love workshop series - graciously invited me to join them for this event and we thought it would be fun to have a panel-like discussion as a live podcast recording. Leah, Kim, and I all have different lived experiences in terms of how we relate to our bodies - it was so great to hear their perspectives and be able to highlight different topics such as chronic illness, endometriosis, motherhood, and more.

Let’s talk Self-Discovery
Catherine McCollian: Introductory Overview of Human Design & Using HD for Self-Acceptance
Finding Freedom through Self-Love
Hi folks! In this episode, I wanted to get personal and give you an update on what's been going with me and talk about this theme of Freedom (and self-love). Freedom was a driving influence for me to start this podcast, start my own business, and is at the heart of what kind of life I want to build for myself. It is totally new (and a little scary) to be so open, let myself be seen, and share my truth in a public forum - but it is what makes me feel alive and empowers me to continue on this path. Aside from my own reflections back to moments in my life where I first felt this sense of freedom, I provide some advice and steps you can take if you feel the call to start to think about your own life direction and are interested in building a life that's more aligned with what you REALLY want, what will really make YOU happy.
Thanks so much for your support!

Dr. Rachel Barbanel-Fried: Emotional Flexibility, Grief, and Strategies for Self-Care
Hi there! I'm very excited to be bringing you all this interview with Dr. Rachel Barbanel-Fried, a Clinical Psychologist and Optimal Performance Consultant based in Newton Centre, Massachusetts. Thank you all for the support in 2020! In this episode I share a bit about a major reflection and learning from 2020 - being in my head so much!! I also read one the lists I journaled based on a reflection prompt as I said goodbye to 2020. Phew - this year was a year of running through many walls and finding more on the other side. I also share my personal vision and mission statement for 2021. I did a lot of thinking on this over the past few weeks.

Self-Forgiveness & Being A “Perfectionist”
In this episode I discuss two themes that came up last week for me: forgiving yourself & what being a perfectionist is really about. Self-forgiveness demands that we be vulnerable with ourselves, to objectively see ourselves and offer ourselves compassion when inevitably things go wrong. If yobu find it hard to forgive yourself or have ever considered yourself a "perfectionist" - this episode may give you a new perspective on what's going on beneath the surface and some steps to begin to transform your perfectionism into more of a growth mindset.

Transactional vs Transformational Self-Love
Hello Podcast listeners! I am back, after taking a hiatus to work on launching my new leadership business and taking the plunge into full time self-employment. Today's episode is inspired by a podcast I recently listened to on Brene Brown's Dare to Lead podcast.
Aiko Bethea and Brene speak about the theme of transactional vs transformational change within organizations (around diversity, equity, and inclusion) and it made me think about my own journey with self-love and self-care, and how my own practices have gone from being very transactional, a means to an end, to more transformational in nature in that I accept that the journey to self-acceptance is a process, it takes time. I do not need any material things, a career, time in the gym or the spa to get there - I just need to take small steps to get to know myself and love myself more everyday.
I hope you enjoy this episode!
