Welcome to our first episode on the Lighthouse Podcast. Our company is currently made up of mainly women, all of us coming from different backgrounds, all with different experiences and stories to share. We wanted to come together in celebration of IWD to share some of our experiences with regards to stepping out of our comfort zones, finding strength and confidence and following our intuition.
