St. Terrible - An Endless Fiction
After sitting with the recordings of St. Terrible lead singer, Zachary Herbert, I intuitively felt it a disservice to try to dilute anything he said with paraphrasing. I resonated with much of what he said in audio clips answering my questions and wanted to allow space for others to hear what he had to say. I didn't want to hype up any of my personal avenues, so this will simply be his voice, his words, and explanations behind St. Terrible and the recent film project called, An Endless Fiction. Le Poule Roost An Interview With Mona Oxford-Lyman
AirBnB host is just one of the accomplishments held by Mona Oxford-Lyman. She is an incredible artist, retired art teacher from Middleton Middle School, and played volleyball for NNU and Pepperdine before coaching at a collegiate level. I was very fortunate that she was one of my first volleyball coaches. She now has a new entrepreneurial pursuit of hosting an AirBnB after her and her husband, Jack renovated the barn built on their property. Listen in to hear more about the evolution of Le Poule Roost and Mona's inspiration behind the design.

The Evolution of Man (Part Two)
Have you ever wondered what it's like to be a life coach? I have! In The Evolution of Man (Part Two) Zack is back to talk with me about his process of coaching with clients as he empowers him or her to reach important goals. Reach out to Zack and read some of his blog on his website at khaoskreed.com . As always, if you'd like to contact me about a photo session you can do so at bandbartistry.org .
The Evolution of Man (Part One)
I sit down and talk with Mike Bryant and Zack Henson about Khaos Kreed, societal standards impacting masculinity, and relationship barriers due to social media. I’ve been listening to the movement of an evolution of men lately. It’s out there. Men rejecting the “boys will be boys” mentality and stepping into their responsibilities to be GOOD, SOLID MEN. I am really interested to hear more of this Genre of Renaissance man so I am featuring some of them this year on the podcast. I am inspired that men are embracing full consciousness and spreading the message that you don’t have to be a certain “type” of man to be “A MAN”. Such is the case with Zack Henson. Listen in to hear about The Evolution of Man.

Episode 10: Our Splendid Life -An Interview With Ashley Machele and Jonah
I have had a few undesirable experiences with the family court system pertaining to divorce and custody modification. My husband and I are currently navigating blending a family with his meddling, high conflict ex as a main obstacle. There was a point where I said, "WHERE ARE THE SUPPORT GROUPS FOR THIS STUFF?" As soon as I said that I opened up Instagram and found a blended family workshop that Ashley from Our Splendid Life was hosting. I signed up immediately. I went to the workshop and it was full of impactful information. I wanted to interview Ashley about her upcoming support resources available including upcoming workshops and her online course. She agreed to come join me for this episode. I wanted to know more about her personal experiences that drive her motivation to provide resources for blended families. At the last minute, I asked my son if he would be comfortable talking about the kid perspective to "high conflict" custody disputes and he said, "Sure!". The second half is my interview with my thirteen year old son, Jonah. You can find out more about Ashley and what she is providing on oursplendidlife.com . Episode 4: What's In A Name?
Episode 3: The Social Stigma of Height
I interviewed Zack Henson, the powerhouse personality behind the brand, Khaos Kreed. At 5' 3" I was interested in his perspective as a short male in our society and the stigmas associated with that. On the opposite side of the height spectrum as a 6' woman I wondered how much we'd have in common. Check out the episode to see for yourself. The correlating blog post is on bandbartistry.org
