Not afraid to talk about taboo subjects within the community, Juni has been an advocate for those who want to look beyond what their doctors are obligated to recommend as standard of care treatments and helps fill in the gaps regarding ways to heal beyond medical treatment. She is also passionate about helping women re-discover their sexual self as they navigate a new body and a new normal. Listeners resonate with her vibrant personality, sense of humor and honesty. Episode 57: Holly Copeland On Combining Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science to Rewire Your Brain for Inner Calm and Clarity
In this episode I interview Holly Copeland, a former conservation scientist turned certified Human Potential coach and NeuroMeditation teacher, sound healer and Reiki master. She is a practitioner and teacher of non-dual awareness and subtle energy meditation techniques and uses neurotechnology, Reiki and tuning forks in transformative quantum healing experiences and in her coaching work.
Holly's childhood passion for maps, the environment, technology and spirituality initially led her to a 25 year career as a conservation scientist mapping the Earth's ecosystems with GPS. Heartbroken by the state of the planet coupled with a personal health crisis, she set out on a new path of healing and transformation. She shifted her focus from exterior to interior and rewired her brain to a state of resilience and joy.
As a scientist and biohacker who unites ancient wisdom with modern science, Holly now harnesses modern technology and neuroscience to empower others on their path to human flourishing and upgrading from “ordinary mind" to luminous awareness. She guides people out of the muddy waters of the thinking mind to live in flow joyfully and effortlessly from their own inner compass--their own stable ground of being.

Episode 52: Dr. Eric Forman, M.D. On Preimplantation Genetic Testing
Episode 51: Dr. Melissa Thompson On Pelvic Floor Health & Endometriosis
She has been working exclusively with the pelvic floor and women's health population for several years.
Dr. Mel attended multiple specialist trainings for pelvic floor and work exclusively with women's health and pelvic floor problems, including pregnancy, postpartum, pain with sex, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, and bladder, and bowel issues.
She loves addressing the body holistically and the difficulty she had finding this kind of care for her own pelvic pain is what drives her to do this work.
Dr. Mel wants to get YOU the best care from a comprehensive, holistic, evidence-based standpoint because that's what works in my years of experience.
She knows that many women are not asking for the help that they should be and are not preparing for pregnancy and birth.
A lack of preparedness is shown clearly in the evidence to lead to more interventions, not understanding what decisions are being made, and not practicing in your body to be set up to take the most control of your labor and birth that you can. This ultimately leads to more leaking, more injury, and slower recovery postpartum returning to your favorite exercise and intimate life.
Dr. Mel is currently practicing in her clinic that she opened in July 2020 in Houma, Louisiana
