Are You Fueling Your Life or Filling Your Time?
In this episode, Olivia speaks to the idea of the space between what we have and what we want is filled with our excuses. It's very often that we come to distract ourselves from our feelings by filling our "empty," or the space between -- with extra.
When you learn your habits and patterns, and come into a place of self love, you no longer want to "fill," the empty because it's no longer empty and as a result, you stop poisoning your body, wasting your energy on people, places, substance, and things that don’t serve your highest good. Pro tip: If it’s not fueling you forward, it’s holding you back and separating you from who you want to be. Protect your energy. It’s sacred. When you accept it as such, you respect it.

Practices to Clean & Clear Your Energy
In this episode, Olivia goes through her many practices to clean and clear energetic space. Everything is energy. If we don't clean and clear our minds, bodies, spaces, etc,. the energy we no longer need often sticks to us and causes blockages which can be as simple as feeling stuck in the gut or a minor sore throat to something as major as metastasizing into Cancer. What we hold onto, holds onto us. The stories we silence, the limiting beliefs we give ourselves, the doubt, fear, shame and otherwise -- will metabolize and manifest in to our daily experiences. Check out this episode and consider where you are holding stuck energy. If you're ready to level up, visit http://livyoung.co and book a free clarity call to work with Olivia on how you can release what no longer serves you and step into your higher self.
Write Your Own Four Agreements
In Don Miguel Ruiz's renowned book, "The Four Agreements," the author discusses the four he lives by. His work inspired me to both follow his and write my own, promises to self, regardless of situation as a form of way to live, love and laugh more. Take his, take mine and create your own. When we commit to ourselves, we commit to connecting to something greater. Consistency creates commitment creates change. Trust that you are your change, and that Everything You Need is Inside.

How to Overcome & Rewrite Your Story
The past creates our present which manifests in our future until we change the story, rewrite the story as a choice. In this episode I speak to how we honor where we were to become who we are. IF you are struggling in victim hood, or what "happened," in terms of life, trauma, illness, hardship, challenge or otherwise, I get it. I see you, I was you, and I know how challenging it can feel to step out of that. But its possible. This episode will help guide you to find and free your light. Everything You Need is Inside.

Healing the Body: How the Physical Reflects the Emotional
On today's podcast with powerhouse Rachel Scheer who is a Functional Medicine Nutritionist. Rachel's journey as a nutritionist began in bodybuilding and athletic performance, however, a couple years into her practice she began to suffer from severe gastrointestinal dysfunction (IBS.) After many false diagnoses, spending thousands of dollars on doctor visits and tests, and one doctor even suggesting the removal of her entire large intestine, Rachel decided to take her health into her own hands.
Rachel says "using a functional approach and focusing on the health of the gut microbiome saved [her] life. All disease begins and ends in the gut, so rather than putting a 'band-aid' over an issue I.e. medications/drugs/surgery, we need to get to the root cause and that's what functional medicine comes in. My gut issues came from a bacteria imbalance or gut dysbiosis, and once I was able to address that through diet, stress, supplements, and lifestyle changes I was able to heal my body, avoid surgery, and come off dozens of medications I was put on over the years."
On this episode we discuss all things healing from the inside out. For more info on Rachel, visit her website here.

Using Your Bold Voice with Vasavi Kumar
On today's episode of the LIVYOUNG podcast I interview the hilarious, honest, beautiful and exciting and excitable Vasavi Kumar. Vasavi Kumar is often described as the “Queen of Saying It Out Loud.” A first-generation Indian immigrant raised on Long Island, NY, Vasavi has relentlessly searched to find her own voice, access the freedom of her creative spirit, and help others along the way…out loud. When she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at the age of 19, she made it her mission to understand how her mind works, starting with making room to hear herself think.
Her mission is to share everything—the good, bad, and ugly—in order to teach a more mindful, practical, and simple way of running every aspect of your life. Vasavi has taught thousands of entrepreneurs, creatives, and artists from all walks of life how to work through any situation —by saying it out loud.
Vasavi is a Former TV host, Licensed Therapist, Voiceover Artist, and Creator of the Say It Out Loud Safe Haven, an online support community. She holds dual Masters degrees in Special Education from Hofstra University and Social Work from Columbia University.

Understanding & Healing Trauma 101 with Christina Allen
Christina Allen is the face of Austin Shamanic Center and the woman I prize as most impactful in my healing journey over the past two and a half years. Christina's energetic work has healed hundreds if not thousands through her depth of knowledge and dedication to her craft of holding space.
In this episode we go in depth into:
Identifying trauma through people pleasing, attachment styles, relational healing.
We share personal stories about trauma, triumph, and the "why," behind many behaviors,
as far as to say that everyone has some trauma, which is why it's not about "what's wrong with you," rather, "what happened to you," and unwinding the story to find freedom and wholeness and healing within!
About Christina Allen: Following a traumatic childhood she was called to bridge Western and traditional teachings. She studied physics in College before a PHD program in Neuroscience. But after her mother's death she realized that as the body dies, there is a level of consciousness that remains in tact. By apprenticing with renowned Spiritual Masters of Yoga, Reiki, and Shamanism she has now spent over 30 years integrating the power and wisdom of ancient indigenous Energy Medicine pracices with her studies of physics, biology, psychology, and neuroscience.
Similar to Olivia, Christina owned and taught yoga at the Blue Raven Yoga and Healing Center in the San Diego area. She began her formal shamanic studies within that time under the guidance of psychologist, medical anthropologist, and shaman Alberto Villoldo at the Four Winds Society. Christina now teaches the traditional Andean teachings integrating her 20 plus years experience as a shamanic healer employs all she knows about about neuroscience, shifting states of consciousness, psychology and working with the energies of creation into her one-on-one healing practice and in her Energy Medicine Certification program teachings.
Christina started the Austin Shamanic Center in 2013. Her aim is to contribute to the global community of grounded, authentic, fearless human beings who can step up to hold the door open for the evolution of human consciousness, and it is to be of service to humanity in general, in its many different forms. For more info on Christina + to book an online or in person energy session, here.

The Body Keeps the Score: Healing the Body Through Somatic Release with Grace Romano
Grace Romano aka Graceful_Healing is a light worker who has moved so much energy through my body that our last session had us both screaming, fervently. While some might call this massage, I call it intuitive bodywork. Grace uses her intuition to track where energy needs to move in the body. Using different practices like cupping, hot stone, and traditional massage, the work I've done with her has tapped into incredibly energetic release ... On this episode, you'll learn about the power of healing through the body. Less spa massage more psychedelic, without any substance aside from some palo Santo, sage to clear space and massage oil. When I've been on Grace's table, I've literally been transported to different realms. And in my journey, she has been incredibly impactful in helping my physicality move through old wounding and eliminate trauma through the body.
