13. How I stopped being nervous for riding
Have you ever been nervous before a ride?
Like the unreasonable... why am I nervous ...type of feeling?
The feeling that stops you in your tracks a bit?
Or even if it is legitimate nerves??
I’m going to talk about why I get them sometimes
and
what I do to help process that out of my system.
(I’m no expert in this area and I know there are ladies that are more than me)
This is an important topic for a lot of us...
Esp those that are type A
Or when we get others thoughts in our brain that are negative...

I came on Live in The Mtn Biking Ladies FB group with Roxy from Roxy MTB Events and Coaching.
She gave us some techniques that she herself uses and some that she works with her clients.
