One way to alchemize the pain into purpose is by focusing on the feeling in our bodies and:
1. Ask "Who does this belong to?" (send with love back to the person/situation it actually belongs to if it's not yours!)
2. Stop yourself and clear the energy.
3. Have gratitude for it and send it on it's merry way.
4. Let the pain know that you're not available to "play" today!
5. Ask where you're protecting yourself from something you're unable to perceive and see if you can identify it and release it.

10. Identify areas in your life where you're indulging in being the victim and make a decision that it's not working for you anymore. Ask for support around that in your relationship.
11. When you start to prioritize your own nervous system, boundaries, and self care, a lot of relationship issues tend to heal themselves.
12. Demonstrate to your partner how you would like to be treated.
13. How can you live your
life in alignment in order to attract the right people into your life?
14. Switch from the victim mentality as much as you can by asking “How can I use this to make me a better person?”
15. Ask “What is going to sustain me going forward?” (In relationships, business, etc.) And remember that YOU get to decide that.
16. We heal in relationship with others.
17. The transformation is in the transaction. You will get a level of transformation that is higher when you invest in yourself - in relationships, in coaching, and self development.
18. Our relationships and our businesses are reflections of who we are. When we stay in the old version of ourselves, it’s important to find people who can re-introduce you the new level of you.
19. When you come from a heart space in relationships, business, etc, that is where the magic happens.
20. When you step out of your comfort zone, that becomes your next level of you and your new comfort zone.

"How to Create A Joyful Morning Routine" with Jenny Lee, Mindset and Health Coach and owner at BeeVibe
Jenny Lee is the owner and founder of BeeVibe, a lifestyle and mindset health coaching business, where she teaches women how to create a joyful morning routine that fits their lifestyle and flows with what they naturally love to do!
Jenny and I met in an amazing podcasting class lead by Cathy Heller. She and I connected in class easily and we both decided to take a leap of faith and just pressed record on the episode!
Jenny started her morning practice using something as fun as belly dancing to get her out of bed in the morning. She encourages her clients to choose something they already love to do to get them out of bed and get them moving right away so their energy can flow and the rest of their day can flow as well!
Keys for creating a joyful morning:
1. Starting first thing in the morning while the brain is between the theta and delta wave and your brain is most malleable, be aware that whatever seed you plant at that time is what will grow during your day.
2. Start each day in the energy of gratitude and love. From this child-like place of wonder, you'll already have a deep satisfaction for your day. You'll be in a state of receiving.
3. Choose something to do right away when you wake up that will light you up to get the energy flowing.
4. Waking up earlier can be difficult at first, but you can start small with 5 minutes and add on.
5. A new habit is not sustainable if it's not fun and you don't love it.
6. Your morning practice starts with what brings you joy! Some fun examples are belly dancing, stretching, dancing to your favorite song, etc
7. Stack a new habit on top of the morning practice like taking in nourishing foods and nutrients.
8. Nourish yourself on 4 levels positively each day: Emotional (gratitude), Physical (dance or movement), Spiritual (prayer), and Intellectual (inspirational podcast).
9. Avoid the news first thing in the morning!
10. Show up in your world with that great, clean energy every day. It is the most generous thing you can do for the world!

Louis Henry Mitchell is the Creative Director of Character Design of Sesame Workshop, given that title because he has so many duties. He started working on Sesame Street in 1992. His responsibilities include directing photos of the Sesame Street Muppets, designing DVD covers, designing and co-sculpting the Macy's Sesame Street floats, art directing walk-around versions of the characters, and drawing storyboards. He also co-designed Kami and created and designed Julia, the new Sesame Street Autistic character, both as the illustrated book character as well as designing and art directing the building of the actual Muppet. Louis shares his child-like perspective with the world through his art and he's making the world a better place one creation at a time.
Wow was this a beautiful conversation we had today! Louis and I dove into creativity, staying child-like, and listening to our own children when it comes to staying open to the beauty the world has to offer. Staying focused and committed to our vision and having belief in our stories and creation in order to create a legacy is a lesson we found throughout our conversation. Today's podcast features Monica Graves. She and I met at her chakra balancing workshop in Edinboro a few weeks ago (October of 2022) and we instantly connected on a soul level!
