Join Hawaii's Maleko & Flash as they talk to POW! WOW! founder Jasper Wong LIVE from the installation of "POW! WOW! The First Decade: From Hawaiʻi to the World" which showcases some of the most notable Hawai‘i-based artists, international street artists, and sculptors.
The exhibition at Bishop Museum features over 160 artists, with 30 artists creating new murals and installations curated by POW! WOW! Founder Jasper Wong. Within the gallery space are a series of over 120 new 2’x2’ paintings by international and local artists, curated by Andrew Hosner of Thinkspace and Jasper Wong.

Maleko & Flash: Graham Elwood (Comedian host of The Political Vigilante)
Graham Elwood is a stand-up comic you’ve probably seen on TV's “Cram” (GSN) and “Strip Poker” (USA) or when he appeared on “The Late Late Show” (CBS). Also has starred in the theatrical plays Speed the Plow, Light Sensitive, Cash Flow and co-wrote the one-act play Brothers. He directed the award-winning feature film “Ear Buds: The Podcasting Documentary.” Graham is the Co-creator of the Los Angeles Podcast Festival. Graham is also a frequent guest of the Jimmy Dore Show and Aggressive Progressive on TYT which inspired the creation of “The Political Vigilante” his YouTube show and podcast where he talks politics from a progressive point of view.

Brooke mixes up two of the Alohilani Resort's most popular drinks, and Nick returns to tell our viewers how to get exclusive Kama'aina perks! About our Guest: The only mayoral candidate born on the mainland, Rick Blangiardi for Mayor, went to UH and became a football coach, a role he held until 1977. Throughout the 1990s, Blangiardi held leadership positions at television stations throughout the mainland with stints in Seattle, New York, San Francisco, St. Louis, and Los Angeles. At the end of the decade, he was president of Telemundo Group, the Spanish language television network. In that role, he said he led the 2001 sale of Telemundo to NBC, “the largest acquisition of a foreign-language broadcaster in the United States by one of the major television networks,” according to The New York Times. Since 2002 he has headed both KHON and KGMB. After the 2008 financial crash, Blangiardi led the consolidation of two stations, KGMB and KHNL, into Hawaii News Now.

Double Feature: Henry Kapono & Barry Flanagan - Musical Guests
Barry Flanagan is an American Singer-Songwriter, Musician, Record Producer and founder/co-founder of the acclaimed Hawaii-based musical duo "HAPA".
Flanagan is known for his Songwriting, Record Producing, Guitar skills and vocal performances.
In 1980, Flanagan moved to Hawai'i to dedicate a year of research and study of of two indigenous Hawaiian Arts: Kiho 'Alu, or "Slack Key Guitar" and "Haku Mele", Hawaiian Poetic Song Composing. It was after hearing the music of American Musician and Film Score Composer Ry Cooder's work with iconic Hawaiian Slack Key Master Gabby Pahinui that inspired Flanagan's sojourn to Hawai’i to explore these two Native Art forms.
Flanagan immersed himself in Hawaiian Culture and Art, seeking out Native Speakers, Teachers and Composers of Hawaiian Songs, passionately studying indigenous Art forms with Hawai'i as the backdrop.

He's been nominated for a grammy, performed with some of the music industry's biggest artists, and never once signed a record or management deal. This independent artist has been gigging since he was 14 and still manages to reinvent himself every few years, sometimes months. We ask about his performance at the White House and protesting in the new world.

Behind Enemy Lines with Doctor Darragh O’Carroll
Dr. O’Carroll is an emergency physician in Honolulu and a medical writer. His most recent article for vice predicted everything happening now a month ago. He graduated from Punahou, got his M.D. from the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii and his training in emergency medicine from one of the nation’s busiest trauma centers, Los Angeles County Hospital.
He is the Medical Director for the All Hands and Heart Smart Response Disaster Organization. He volunteered with the disaster relief organization “Team Rubicon” to deliver disaster relief after Hurricane Dorian struck in 2019. He recently consulted on the Netflix docuseries “Pandemic: How to prevent an outbreak,” released in January 2020.
