Episode 39 - Andy Mathieson
I talk to current head of player development Andy Mathieson, who also played for the club 288 times scoring 41 goals and winning 10 winners medals.
We talk about his time playing for his boyhood club but also about all of the brilliant things which are currently happening at the Glentoran Academy
Episode 38 - Terry Devlin
This weeks episode is former Glentoran player Terry Devlin who is now making a name for himself at League One club Portsmouth.
We talk about his time at Glentoran - in what he describes was a "Mental" season - to how he is finding life in League One.
Episode 37 - Sam Robinson
This weeks guest is a supporter who needs no introduction - Sam Robinson. Sam was one of the founding members of the Glentoran Community Trust which we discuss and is possibly more well known now for being a Glentoran historian. Author of two books about the club, playwright and the man behind the Victory in Vienna Documentary, there is no man who knows more about Glentoran Football Club than Sam Robinson!

Episode 35 - John Devine
This weeks guest is Glentoran legend and former defender John Devine. John pulled on a Glentoran shirt 468 times and won everything there was to win at the club, including 3 league titles, 4 Irish Cups and the double. He was also capped by Northern Ireland and is regarded as many as one of the greatest players to play for the club.
Episode 34 - Kyle Neill
Next up is 2009 title winning full back/winger Kyle Neill. 34 goals in 159 Glentoran appearances, Kyle had a wand of a left foot and was a free kick specialist. Scorer of many great and important goals, we chat about winning the title with both his boyhood club and Glentoran, plus the Setanta Cup final in 2008 and still playing to this day at the tender age of 45.
Episode 33 - Willie Garrett
First guest of the 2023/24 season - Willie Garrett
Willie joined Glentoran at 10 years old, climbing his way through the youth teams and making it into the first team, the first player ever to do so. After cementing his place as first choice centre half, Willie faced a series of bad knee injuries which prematurely brought an end to his football career.
He fulfilled a dream by playing for Glentoran, the highlight of which was winning the 2015 Irish Cup at the Oval.

We take a look back on pre-season, including the managerial change, player departures and arrivals, Europe and expectations for this season.

On Friday 12th May Shout at the Oval hosted our first ever LIVE podcast at the Castlereagh Glentoran Supporters Club. For the first time in 20 years we reunited the 2002/03 squad to reminisce and share side splitting stories of their time together at the club. A special team and a special night!

This weeks guest for the last league home game of the season - the brilliant Scott Young. A career brought short by 3 leg breaks when only aged 26, Scotty went on to manage the Glens. He talks about his career, his difficult time as manager, personal tragedy and just what Glentoran and East Belfast means to him.

This weeks guest is 2009 title winning midfielder and Glentoran player of the year Shane McCabe. We talk about his entire career including making the Irish Cup final at Dungannon, winning the title with Glentoran and winning the Irish Cup with Glenavon - plus the balancing act of playing both Gaelic and Association football!

It's back to first team duties for Shout at the Oval as I welcome Glentoran forward Shay McCartan to the Podcast. Shay doesn't do many interviews so it was a pleasure to get to talk to him about his career to date, including a difficult first season at Glentoran, but now things are looking up for the Newry man.
Episode 26 - Jason Hill
On this weeks podcast it's Mr Reliable, Mr Consistent - Jason Hill. A player who converted from centre forward to left back and became a fan favourite. He won the lot with Glentoran and picked up our player of the year award in 2008.
Episode 25 - Gary Smyth
This weeks guest is Glentoran legend Gary Smyth who rejoined the Glens as a player on 3 separate occasions and latterly managed the club. Gary goes indepth about his career from start to finish, including managing both Harland and Wolff Welders and Glentoran.
