Isolation vs. Solitude. One creates loneliness and the other creates empowerment. On today's episode we discuss the healing power of being in a state of solitude. Healing is created from this alone time because it allows you to know yourself deeper, improve relationships, boosts creativity, enhance psychological well-being, and take time to plan your life.
