Neurodiversity and Family Dynamics - Special Guest Julia Gudinchet
Just 4 years ago, Julia was diagnosed with ADHD, and more recently, her daughter, aged 7 years old, was also diagnosed with ADHD. Both Julia's husband and their 5-year-old son are neurotypical, so today, we are going to talk about the challenges that families face when trying to navigate the landscape of parenting and marital relationships when our brains operate in varying ways.
We explore how Julia is able to raise both of her children differently as a result of their different needs and communication styles, together with how she and her husband support each other and ensure that communication is their key to a solid and happy marriage and family.

My baby wont sleep. HELP
Today I will be speaking to Brenda Porter who is a mum of 4 and a Baby and toddler sleep coach. Brenda shares her own journey of when her eldest children were born and the challenges that she faced, experiencing sleep deprivation and post-natal depression whilst working in the corporate world. Lockdown hit, and Brenda took the opportunity to retrain and become a Baby and toddler sleep coach, as she recognised that there was an intrinsic link between her own experiences of sleep deprivation and her mental health and decided that she wanted to support parents to bring the joy back to their parenting journey by reshaping our mindsets and bedtime routines to ensure both babies and parents get the rest and recharge that they need to take on the day.

Fostering Connection - Special guest Olivia Edwards
Hi and welcome to today’s episode Today, I will be speaking with Olivia, who is a parent coach and mum of three. Olivia speaks openly about her battles with post-natal depression together with her journey from a thriving career woman to the realisation that her career path may not be aligned with the mum she wanted to be. So she pivoted and created a business where she is able to help other parents thrive in this ever-changing landscape called parenting, whilst raising her three small children. The initial aim of this episode was to discuss sibling rivalry, and although we did not quite make it there (don't worry—we have another date in the diary for that one), we chatted in depth about Fostering connections with our children and not only their importance but also ways in which we can all tweak our daily lives to create a thriving relationship with them. I hope you enjoy the show
Growing up gay
Today, I will be speaking with Sal Wigginton, a therapist who specialises in working with bereaved children. Sal has also created a community interest company called Hidden Forest, which supports people therapeutically by utilising our beautiful surroundings with forest schools.
Sal is also a gay woman and has joined me in supporting LGBTQ+ Month, where she shares the challenges that she faced as a young woman in the 90s to do today and the fears that her parents had when they learned of her sexuality at a time when being gay was frowned upon.
Domestic violence to thriving mum- Special guest Kerry Farmer
Today, I will be speaking with Kerry, who has an incredible and inspiring story that takes her from what she felt was a happy childhood to, at the age of 15, finding herself in a domestic violence relationship. 13 years later and with two young boys, Kerry fled her relationship and went on a voyage of discovery. After much exploration and self-growth, Kerry realised that maybe her experiences in adulthood were influenced by her childhood experiences and as a result, she has created an amazing company called Resilience Voyage’, which supports young people learning the art of resilience in the guise of a drugs bus. Kerry’s story is simply inspirational In how she turned around, how she parented her two boys and the relationship she has with them today as a result. I hope you enjoy the show
