Epi.252 Focus On What You’re Doing And Stop Listening To Idiots
It helps me tremendously!
podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/oncallempath/subscribe
These days, it seems like everyone has an opinion. In this episode, I discuss the importance of putting your work first and refusing to listen to other people. Dealing with our prior traumas causes us enough stress and anxiety. Just remember that nothing will matter in the future and that everything is temporary. Simply maintain your focus, one day at a time. You cut them off and move on if they don't agree with you. The real change begins when you stop caring what other people think.

Epi. 248 Always Remember Who You Are And What You Stand For
We are powerful beings, each having the potential to leave our mark on this world. Most of the time, people around us don’t notice it either! truth is that most of us don't want to face it, but in 100 years, none of us will matter. This episode is meant to serve as a wake-up call rather than to frighten you. Make what you do matter, and do it with grace. Love harder to those that matter. Don't put off achieving your life's goals; take action while you're still healthy and able to do it. This is merely to remind you that there is still time to leave your mark and make this planet a better place—many people will wake up and take action now! While others will continue to be stuck in the same place.

Epi 247 Why You Can't Change Someone By Loving Them Harder
Ever wonder why, despite everything you have done for a loved one, some people can simply call it quits and walk away? Sometimes giving your best isn't good enough, no matter how hard you try. It's not always about you; it's more about them. Some people just can't love the same. We are empaths and tend to love harder then most due to our past traumas.
I'll discuss why the some people won't go above and above for you in this episode and how to prepare yourself. It is very frustrating for empaths to constantly give and receive nothing in return. The truth : You Cannot Change Someone By Loving Them HarderTune in!

But cultural norms and societal expectations can occasionally stigmatize putting one's needs first, which can cause emotions of selfishness or guilt. Being alone gives us the chance to connect with aspects of ourselves that the everyday grind prevents us from being the best version of our true self.

In this episode, I talk about respecting our boundaries and avoiding communication with those who do not serve us.
As empaths, our negative behaviors gradually become our own way of coping with the stress that others cause us. Stay tuned to the end as I discuss some useful advice for anyone who feels lost in this episode. It's time to start again and regain your life! Don't miss it~

Epi 227 Why It's So Hard for Empaths to Maintain Friendships?
In this episode, we'll go deeper into what's actually happening and how you only need a few genuine friends. Just remember as humans we tend to be more like the people we associate with the most. Many of our friends will leave us while we heal, and that's okay. For many empaths, this can be really uncomfortable, but it's entirely natural. You are not to blame! Don't let the try to convince you otherwise that you've changed! They just want you for their selfish reasons to use you. When your friends choose to part ways, it's a positive indication that you're on the right path to healing! Your energy irritates them especially narcissists.
Remember people change all the time, therefore it's okay to sever relationships that aren't beneficial to you and move on without feeling guilty. Stick around till the end of the podcast and I will give you tips on how to find those friends that add value to your life.

Epi 226 Five Ways to Handle People Who Ignore You
Have you ever wondered why certain people only show up when they are in need? Maybe they never give you interest. Many empaths may find themselves working extra hard to please them in an effort to gain some attention, which can be very trigging. This may be a boss or perhaps a long-term romantic partner. Why do they do this and how it reflects their insecurities is evident. It's not you it's them..... Even if people ignore you, you are still a respectable person. You owe yourself to be around people that can communicate with you. You can focus on improving specific social skills that will lessen the likelihood that people will ignore you in the future by determining why they choose to ignore you. But even then most people are poor communicators especially narcissist. This is part of the game plan to use you and take something of value. In this episode I give you 5 tips that will help deal with these types of people. Tune in!

Ep.224 Can a Narcissist Really Love Someone?
Do you still love the narcissist? There is nothing to be ashamed about if you still have feelings for the narcissist. Then this episode is for you! Love and respect in a relationship are frequently seen as obligations by narcissists. They consequently come across as entitled and forge a totally skewed relationship. Narcissists frequently believe that being in love entails receiving unceasing attention and love from a partner.

Epi 217 Is Forgiving Someone Who Has Abused You Really Necessary To Heal?
When it comes to forgiveness, it is a personal choice. I've made amends with my abusers. That was a personal choice I made for my healing. I forgiven them for the sake of moving forward and becoming the best version of myself. Yet, forgiveness is not required for healing on the filp side. Many people I know refuse to forgive their abusers, which is perfectly fine. I just can't walk about with all that hate within myself and need closure within. It all depends on the circumstances and what feels right to you. In this episode I discuss five ways to forgive and live the life you truly deserve. In fact, without my abusers, this podcast would not exist. Don't miss it!

Have you ever been in a situation where someone abandoned you in the middle of the road left you for dead? Let's be honest: some people are simply evil. Epi. 212 Why Motivation Doesn't Work For Empaths
In this episode, we'll look at why motivation doesn't work for most empaths. I'll also talk about Mel Robins' "Five Second Rule" and how we can overcome our brain's resistance to doing something we don't want to do. We constantly strive to motivate ourselves but always end up feeling like we fall short. The problem with being motivated is that it is only a temporary solution. The fact is you will never be motivated all the time even if you look at the most influential people on the planet. Avoid criticizing yourself simply because you lack motivation to do something doesn't mean you "lack' something. Even those you believe are motivated are not, I assure you. They simply know how to bypass their brain and do it anyway!
