Recently Autumn took a Stanford Continuing Studies course called Strengths Based Leadership focusing on how to increase impact in your day to day life. In this course, one of the main focuses was assessing strengths based on the CliftonStrengths Finder assessment which is focusing on measuring and sorting your talents. Additionally, this report helps individuals focus on achieving goals at work and in relationships.
