Funding Mental Health with Thomas F. Webber
Today we got our ballots and living in King County that means there is a lot about the police. I'll be the first to admit that I don't know all there is to know about the Black Lives Matter movement or Defund the Police, but what I see over and over is that what is needed most is to fund other services that would help in a systemic, community minded way. Because he is a Mental Health Clinician based out of Capital Hill, Thomas has some experience being the service provider that many know are highly needed. Unfortunately the non-profit he works for isn't doing well financially and Covid-19 has brought more restrictive funding along with many other challenges. In this episode we so our best to simply start this conversation.
Talking Delusions with Thomas F. Webber
In this episode, Thomas Webber shares his insights and stories gained from working with individuals experiencing delusions. He also gave me the opportunity to contribute with my own insights as an anthropologist and experiences as someone who is mentally ill.
Thomas is a Mental Health Clinician currently working for a large non-profit in Seattle, WA with the dream to one day branch out and start his own practice as an Emotional Alignment Facilitator. We are currently working to make this happen by Spring 2021.
If you are interested in partnering with Thomas on your own mental health journey, please visit thomasfwebber.com to sign up to get notified when he opens up his scheduler to new clients and to see examples of past Emotional Alignment sessions.

Embracing the Lessons We Already Have to Teach
On today's episode I am joined by my delightful husband, Thomas, to talk with you all about our shared work. Over the years we have learned a lot of lessons and had many successes, but because we have not yet achieved many of the big goals we have set for ourselves, we've neglected to acknowledge how far we have come. We want to get further, find more answers and such, but for now we are going to take a beat. We are going to document and share what is already working for those who may benefit from our experience.
Treating Depression and Arthritis with the Sapient Diet
In this episode I discuss the Sapient Diet including why I started developing it in the first place, what is and is not allowed in the protocol, how I used it to get my husband fully in remission from Junior Rheumatoid/Idiopathic Arthritis and what I want to do with it in the future. I hope I didn't come off as too nervous for you to understand what I was trying to explain. I find that I get super anxious when I talk about this subject, but this that it matters more that I share then it does to avoid being uncomfortable. If you or someone you know could benefit from this work please let me know!
