Restful guided meditation to release grief.
In this episode, we are guided through scanning the body for tension and, ultimately, grief. Using the analogy of a waterfall, we look for grief in the form of boulders and rocks interrupting our flow. We then remove these obstacles by digging into our tool boxes and finding ways to free ourselves of what no longer serves us. Healing is one of the side effects of putting our consciousness into such a deep state of relaxation. the body cannot be in both a state of stress and relaxation at the same time. Take 20 minutes with us to do some work and then do some relaxation.

What is your reasoning for sitting/making time for looking inward?Setting an intent is the focus.
We all want to feel good. Sometimes our duties to others feel like they should be more important than taking care of ourselves. Setting an intent helps clarify your reasoning for sitting and looking inward. After all, aren't we more apt to doing things if there is a reason behind them? Some people I looking for relaxation, While others are looking for solutions to problems. Some are even looking for that in word quiet that allows them to decompress after a long day. Choosing the right time and place for all activities in life is important, but I would say it's the most important aspect to consider before sitting for 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes. Give yourself the gift. Make this time for you. Everyone and everything else can wait. Be well.
