We’re learning in our current climate of forced isolation with ourselves or with others how much we actually have in common. Being open and listening to learn versus respond we can build something new. There won’t be a normal to go back to when this climate changes back, because we’ll be groups of people that have learned through a struggle. This is how I’ve learned to make the best of it!
With each setback, reflect on what you have learned and simply begin again. We need to find a balance between our negative and positive thoughts. Resilience is the ability to adapt. It has never been more important than now.

It is about the art of focus in getting the right things, at the right times, for the right reasons. Our minds are constantly battling to stay focused. Attention management is the new productivity tool to find mastery in. Just practicing time management isn’t enough.
It’s hard to receive feedback. Especially when that feedback feels personal and very hard to hear. Having some simple strategies at ready can make a big difference in how you receive it and learn from it to grow.

There is some perspective and a certain amount of intentional curiosity you need before striking off into the unknown on something new you want to master. These questions and some self reflection time can make sure the start is right.
We can go our entire lives with out ever finding it. Some have it and don't even realize it. When you do find your truth and honor it, it can be applied to anything you do creating an incredibly empowering energy.
I spent all last week learning for you about some of the best techniques around that can help us declutter what's in our heads. Like our physical spaces we can apply Marie Konodo's theory to our mental spaces too.
We need someone that can help us see the bigger picture and bring diversity of thought to our work/goals. Coaches do more than push us, give us device, and cheer us on. They can connect us to others that can be just what we need to go further.
