This Next Generation Episode highlights one of my long time mentees, Sydney Mansaw! She shares how she got interested in STEM through her love of math and some encouragement from a very helpful teacher. Sydney explains how she fostered her love of STEM through Project Lead the Way Engineering courses and ultimately landed on Electrical Engineering as her area of focus for her college degree. She also shares her experience as a summer intern for Raytheon before she dives into her love of dance revealing how she made history with a ballet company in Wichita Kansas! Brian also reveals the many roadblocks that have occurred in his career and how he overcame each one. He shares his love for business and how he ended up starting his own business that he still runs till this day.
