037 What is Hypnosis / What if I don't go under?
I get the question all the time, what exactly is hypnosis and what if I can’t go under? Go under suggests that you might be under someone’s spell or under someone’s power. It’s one of the most common misconceptions and I want to thank Little Britain for making it so! Jokes aside, this is one of the most important concepts that people need to understand because without it they can’t empower themselves with Hypnosis and therefore rob themselves of potential empowerment. If you’re thinking that Hypnosis has power over you, it might scare you or make you feel that you have to distance yourself from Hypnosis when really it’s all about increasing your personal power by connecting with the deepest part of you and teaching that part what you want out of life. Once you develop this connection you can have more of what you want in life= more personal power. Lean more about it in the episode.

030 The Power of Language; Temporal presupposition; yet and yet
Were you aware that the words that you use literally create your reality? Many throw away words or phrases that you use consciously or unconsciously can have the ability to make both powerful impactful effects on your results. If you are formally trained, you know the power of the words you use and if you don't, a throwaway phrase or sentence could be the difference between you understanding what someone is actually saying on a deeper level of missing the point. So why would you want to become a master of your language? As you learn to do so you can become master of manifestation and self.
029 The Power of Modelling; How to become the best version of yourself
At this point in the game you know that there isn’t anything new under the sun. When it comes to brilliant ideas end the health and fitness space, the wealth education space, the personal development space, the business consulting space, there is nothing that’s actually a new idea. If it is new, it is typically an updated version with some tweaks on something that already existed the space or a new synergy or synthesis of something that has been forgotten.
A natural human trait is the desire to look up to someone that’s doing what we want to do in a effective and inspirational manner. It’s natural to seek out brilliance and want to move in that direction.
Anything that anyone has done you have the ability to do.
The truth of the matter is humans with it what designed to model excellent behaviour. If you can see it outside of you then you can create it for yourself. The study of modelling is exactly that, seeing excellent behaviour and using that as inspiration to create a similarly powerful result in your own authentic way.
One of the most rapid and natural ways to become the best version of you is see brilliance outside and integrate it with yourself. Modeling is all about that and this podcast is all about that so enjoy.

Often about 50% of my clients and students can't think of 10 emotions off the top of their head when asked to identify some without a bit of coaching.
And I’m not throwing shade, it just seems to be a symptom of the modern western world.

026 The power of inner connection; communicating with your unconscious mind
Did you know that you had an unconscious mind? Were you aware of all of it's functions. For most people, I get a yes to the former and kinda or, no not at all to the latter. Why would it be important to have a good inner connection. Your UCM is in charge of your emotions, patterns of behaviour, energy regulation and is in charge of enabling turning on your ability to heal the body. So if you can communicate with your deeper mind you have a direct connection to turning on an ramping up your innate healing abilities. If you had a headache and you knew how to talk to the part of you in charge of that symbolic message, and more importantly have the ability to turn it off as a result of this communication, what would that be worth to you? This is the beginning, and there is much more to learn in later episodes about your ability to heal.
025 Your language has power (not, try and yet)
You are the creator of your universe (believe it or not). It all starts with your language and how you think about your world and the results you want to achieve. If you use poor or imprecise language without awareness about its effect, you can literally poison the water or detract and undermine the goals and dreams you want to manifest. How to you become a true architect of your reality and master the law of attraction? Master your Conscious mind. And thinking and align it with your unconscious mind. This all starts with hypnotic language patterns and NLP modelling. The power of langue is eating for you to master it- and none can learn how if they are willing to do so.

024 Boundaries in relationships - How you chose the way people treat you
Did you know you have the ability to not just influence and condition, but ‘program’ the behaviour of others? I am not speaking about being manipulative, more. so the fact that every interaction you have with somebody in your life makes both a conscious and an unconscious impact. When looking at actions you take and the language you use, both have inherent tones, request and suggestion in both covert and over form. The most covert and apparent is saying no to people that ‘take advantage of your good nature’ or are not giving you respect, love or the equal exchange you ‘think’ you deserve. Most of the time we are conditioning and programming others to treat us in the way we don’t want as we reward them for bad behaviour. Now if you have any relationships that seem to not make you. Feel good after an exchange, drain you of energy or leave you feeling less than, then this episode is for you.
023 The core of all self sabotage ; Do you believe you deserve your dreams?
We are all aware of the term self sabotage. Did you you know where it comes form? The core of the problem lies within your own belief systems. Beliefs are more conscious than our values, which are deeply unconscious filters. The funny thing about our beliefs is we often fail to even question older or more deeply ingrained beliefs. In fact often we just think of them of the truth, when they may only be a. truth according to ourselves. If. you have a negative or destructive belief about yourself, you have a. recipe for disaster when it comes to creating positive and consistent outcomes in your life. Time to challenge. the status quo to mould the reality you desire.
022 What your focus on grows
The law of attraction all has several major facets. If you are not creating what you want on a consistent basis in terms of; you ideal body shape and size, connections and relationships, fun and excitement or the income you want I can make a fair assumption that one key factor is not present. You are. Probably not focussing on what you want. I have already touched on the importance of focus in previous episodes, now join me as we go even deeper.
021 Are you a critic, dreamer or realist?
Do you resonate with any of these 3 categories? How can you benefit once you know your baseline temperament? Learn more about how your personality traits can make you more efficient and effective. We all have a different default temperament. The more you learn about yourself on this journey the better equipped you are at using the tool kit you were born with. In this episode I have a chat with a buddy of mine, Marc McDermott. Marc is a passionate Hypnotherapist, NLP coach, NLP Master Practitioner, TLT and Hypnosis practitioner and trainer. Marc is an authority in the HNLP field with more than 20 years of experience. Not only is Marc a practitioner and Trainer of Hypnosis, NLP and TLT on a one coaching level, but he has also taken all of these skills and created a system to assist the incarcerated free themselves from mental chains and shackles (and in-turn the physical chains and shackles) of imprisonment, facilitating a life free of pain and suffering and opening the doors to a whole new world that almost all of us take for granted.
