I'm quite literally the busiest bee you will ever meet! Alot of people think im crazy but there's good reason I am like this - PMDD almost destroyed me, but God only gives the hardest battles to the strongest soldiers and here i am!
I have been a PT for apx 10 years on and off, but after my last beastie - he's 1 I decided to get serious with it and created K3Fitnessuk (k3 if for the kids)

Born and raised in Essex, Christophe along with his wife Julie, currently runs a successful entertainment’s company in Jersey while also keeping up a full time office role as Head of Staff Engagement for a local company. When not in the office, as a passionate communicator Christophe can often be found teaching dance classes in Jersey to children and adults as well as coaching local business owners in the fine art of public speaking. it's beyond the weight
About Carly,
Been in the industry now for 4 years training women to regain themselves wholly, so through training and nutrition but supporting them with mental challenges along route. Previous to this I worked as a veterinary nurse, studying through the royal college of veterinary surgeons.
After suffering domestic abuse for many years in Scotland, I consoled myself through food and alcohol (to numb the pain mentally). This "lifestyle" through want of a better word screwed my once very fit person up. I put on 110 lbs, had 2 suicide attempts which were very close to killing me, and then I decided I needed to take back control or I would die.
I started to train and eat mindfully. My ethos is always to adopt a flexible approach to eating, so I never strayed doff track and the weight came off. And I started to look good, feel, good, and all that comes with it. After a few down episodes with depression, I decided I wanted to inspire other women that they could do what I did, and so I built my business, initially with Beyond The Weight, and now with Exercise For Your Mind.
I have been lucky to meet the likes of Prof Steve Peters, author of Chimp Paradox, after contacting him (or his team) via email, and worked with fitness professionals all over the globe spreading positive messages to people.
I adore writing, which was why I started Memoir of a Wiggly Girl (as I like to wiggle too), and my favourite thing ever is to spend time with my amazing partner Mike Samuels.

Weight loss can be fun, dancing with Charlotte Moore
Charlotte is a dance instructor teaching pole fitness and dance aerobics classes at Uberedge Dance Company in Jersey. Her classes are aimed at woman who want to have fun exercising whilst getting stronger and gaining confidence.
Charlotte began dancing at age 4 and went on to study dance at Elmhurst School for Dance. After gaining her diploma she was lucky enough to be chosen to dance a season with the Brimingham Royal Ballet and then went on to dance with various UK companies dancing all over the world. When she returned to Jersey she decided that she wanted to share he passion with others and decided that she wanted to teach dance. Since then she has obtained qualifications with the International Dance Teachers Association, in pole fitness and Dance Aerobics.
She really feels extremely lucky to be able to pass on her passion to others and her main aim is to help woman become stronger, fitter, healthier and happy!! The most rewarding thing for her being a dance teacher is watching someone's confidence grow week after week and realising they can do things they never believed possible, especially in the pole fitness classes!

as far as personal achievements though he's achieved a lot as well as been through a lot you could say but he doesn't believe these things need to be spoke about as he's against feeling the need to use negative situations to sell them self sort of speak and there is always somebody worse off then you so if you know him you know what he's talking about if not thats cool he's just JOE! :)
