A Big Problem In NYCHA! (Pt.1)
Right here, in NYCHA developments all across the City, residents are living in deplorable and inhumane conditions, including mold, infestation, no cooking gas and no heat, among many others. There are many reasons as to why this happening. Yet, the fact is that tenants can legally withhold rent if they aren't having the agreed upon services met. And we, the people, must solve this decades old problem.
