Pause. Stop. & Reflect with Imani Harris
In today's episode, I am connecting with my dear dear friend on what it means to pause, stop and reflect. We also connect on what it means to be supported, how to support someone and working through our limiting beliefs.
Imani Harris is a resilience mindset; wellness coach and invisible illness igniter helping to light the way for other women dealing with an invisible illness to flourish, shine, and thrive in their life. Through the 3-C framework, she helps them push past limiting beliefs to thrive in the abundance God has for them and design life on their terms.
Imani understands the angst and frustration that comes with dealing with trauma, especially autoimmunity because she deals with eight autoimmune conditions due to a near-fatal car accident in 2002. Through her own journey and experience, it is her passion to educate, empower, and support other women living this reality or caring for someone who does. She knows the power of community and support so that we can feel seen, heard, and valued for who we are, and not by the “labels” placed on us by society and others.
Affectionately called the “velvet voice of Clubhouse” for her soothing and captivating voice. When Imani is not serving others, she is an avid cat lover at heart and can often be found reading a book, jamming to one of her many playlists, or researching the latest in tech.

Are You Intentional or Are You Busy?
Coming at you with some CONVICTION today-definitely an episode that demands you to think introspectively about the things you are assigning in your day and whether or not they keep you “busy” or are keeping you intentional. The word, busy. We all use it, especially when we feel the need to justify how much we have on our plate. Somehow, we all started marking ourselves as busy with honor and pride and it is now deemed as the new status symbol. Life is not a competition of who can fit the most in their 24 hours they’ve been gifted but rather life is about using the time that you do have to be productive and intentional about what matters.
