After a brief stint of just bantering, we’re finally back on a topic! 

We're back to celebrate the end of summer with a new episode! Here's hoping that listening to us ramble won't make you a little homophobic. 

We do a quick catch-up about what's been going on. Is Nuri going to be a potential reality tv star in the making? What kind of fun interactions did Lee recently have with the LA #gaysian community?! How many donks will Nuri manage to engulf on his trip to LA? (Hopefully, any number more than none would be ideal.)

Our main topic is Pride! What does it mean to be "proud" of your community and what our own personal experiences with all the festivities and parades are. What is it about pride season that resonates with us (Spoiler alert: nothing???) and how do we see ourselves fitting in with everyone else? (Spoiler alert: we don't????)

Lots and lots of big changes here on the pod since the last time we've released an episode! Nuri came ** * ***, Lee ** and ** * **.... You'll have to listen to find out. 😜 (Although genuinely, it's no news that we're both in different cities again.

We catch up on our trip to EDC... again?! For two people who consistently talk about how much they don't care for it, we sure do end up there a lot. There are some stories that may or may not involve surprises, rolling, moaning, d**ching, and finding peace amongst a sea of sweaty shirtless gaysians.

Oh, and we can't forget about all the drama that came out of what transpired between a certain Vancouver gaysian and what felt like the (w)hole of the community.

And on the topic of making enemies, we find out who Lee's offended since moving back to LA and what kind of fights he's gotten into. You'd be surprised to know that in a short period of time and in a city that big, he somehow managed to see a controversial figure from his past.... Were drinks thrown? Did someone get physically and verbally attacked? Or has Lee finally entered his #peaceful and #unproblematic era and not create any new enemies?!

Now that we live in different cities again, we do want your feedback on what kind of episodes you'd want from us! Did everyone prefer ones that were a little more serious and subject-based or would y'all rather us spread gossip from our cities and catch up regularly on what's been going on? We're past the point of promising ever releasing anything consistently but we're still going to be here as often as we can! 😵‍💫

Jokes aside, in this episode, Nuri and Lee are finally going in deep with each other. Lee gets to prod Nuri's deepest, darkest holes while Nuri gets a mouthful of Lee's d...epressive episodes? 

We talk a lot in this episode about how we've overcome our individual battles with depression, as well as the importance of having a forum to actually be able to speak freely about mental health within the gay and Asian community. We promise that while we do touch on a sensitive and uncomfortable subject for most people, you'll definitely get a laugh or two out of it.

We’re back! New year, new us, except this was recorded last year so we’re still chaotic and messy. Which one of us is longing for a gentle touch or some tongue action from a brotherly figure? (Hint: obviously it’s the only child). 

In this episode, we quickly recap the past months including Lee’s trip to an exclusive, invite-only homepa when we went to Vegas for EDC and Nuri’s newfound addiction to narcotics. For legal reasons, that’s a joke. Don’t do drugs.

We also carry in the tradition of having a Christmas confrontation and take a moment to allow Lee to speak his truth about something that’s been affecting him for the better half of the year now.

And Tony Leung, hello), some quick life updates, a discussion on submissive and breedable gaysians, Awkwafina, daddy figures, fingers in mouths, porn, molly and a gigantic fight that led to Lee and Nuri almost ending their friendship. This entire episode is basically Lee getting (de)railed by Nuri because Nuri made the wise decision to take some edibles (for the “first”-ish time) before recording. Enjoy!

In this explosive first episode of our second season, we catch up and update on each other’s lives. Did Nuri recently self-diagnose himself with BPD? Did Lee actually get diagnosed with sleep apnea? Spoiler: the answer to both is yes. We also talk about how we’re slowly adapting to the reopening of everything, and while one of us is enjoying kiki’-ing with the gays again, the other is completely not ready to socialize. Lee also shares an embarrassing encounter recently.... ish.

Look forward to hearing some self-care tips from someone who does the absolute bare minimum to take care of himself, and our experiences with betrayal, social anxiety, awkward dates, and a debate on whether there’s a stigma(?) of having STIs in the gaysian community. Which one of us has had everything under the sun? And which one of us wants to clone himself for the betterment of the world? You’ll have to listen to find out. 

Oh and we (sort of) bring back the Why Won't You Love Yourself segment where we go off on some Tik Tok thirst trappers and toxic advice givers. Yuck!

To celebrate our (late.... late....... late.........) one year anniversary, we decided to record ourselves reacting to the very first episode! We cringe at the things we say, repeat ourselves over and over, and dissect whether or not Lee has gotten better at telling stories. (Spoiler alert: No.)

More than a year into this Panera Bread and we’re still barely getting by. Nuri gives some quick updates to his situation in Calgary since he’s stuck in isolation and we both issue some context to (TW: Unfunny Content) Lee’s most recent IG post. 

We also talk about our Gaysian celebrity icon, the one and only #Wonho, and his accidental revealing slip-up. #WENEEs unite! We have to make sure his music career flops so he resorts to other things for money.... (👀 onlyfans.com/wonhole???)

Our main topic of discussion is #monogamy, #openrelationships, and #polyamory— something that most of us have been exposed to in the #gay(sian) community. Do you know any long-term #gaysian relationships? What leads someone to an open relationship? Do we have any tea to spill on any polyamorous couples? And what do we think about potentially being open? (The answer is that everything would be open for Wonho— the relationship, the bank account, and Nuri’s legs.)

You know how growing up, your parents would always tell you to not talk to strangers online? Well— now you get to see what happens when one of us took that advice seriously and the other catfished as a white twink in his mid-twenties online to build confidence in his own personality.

In this episode, we talk about Nuri’s move to Calgary and how it’s affected his mental health, Lee’s obviously miserable and lonely time back home in Vancouver without the gracious presence of Nuri, and the queen of the internet Trisha Paytas @trishapaytasbackup.
