Maybe you feel like you’ve tried everything without success. Or you’ve been putting off trying anything because you just don’t know where to start. My goal is to shed light on what a Marketing Plan might consist of for a local business. The key word (no pun intended) is "Plan"! There are no shortcuts...something I've learned over the last 8 years searching for a "Magic Bullet". It takes a strategic approach, and time.
We collaborate with businesses to put together a road map for their marketing; creating websites, offers (Every business needs to have "offers"!) and tools to nurture leads.

Any health practitioner looking to grow their practice will want to look at this. Having the ability to get your practice’s name in front of new people moving into the area is powerful. As a new resident, especially those coming from out of state, they are looking for their primary physician, dentist etc. This is a powerful tool to launch a new practice, or revive an existing practice’s advertising efforts.

Are you an independent professional, e.g. Mortgages, Real Estate, Financial Advisors?
Many professionals that build their own book of business are finding it increasingly important to brand themselves. This segment isn't about "branding", but more about building an audience, and where you might be sending them, digitally speaking. Couple that with the shake up of social media and tech giant censorship, owning and managing your own presence has become so important. We will continue to use social media platforms, but we don't want to beholden to them at the same time. They can change the game whenever they don't own your LinkedIn, Facebook, or YouTube channel, they do.

A RE-introduction…It’s been awhile!
In this episode I just want to re-introduced myself and the company “minding my business”. It’s been a while since my last podcast and I do want to get back on track sharing what’s going on out there in the digital marketing space. Specifically we work with local business, small and midsize businesses. Some of the campaigns that are running now are using what we call AdTech solutions. Involves some Geo fencing, and combining direct mail with digital advertising campaigns.

Direct Response Marketing
If you’re not familiar with the name Dan Kennedy, he’s considered the grandfather of modern day Direct Response Marketing. It is “The Method” for local businesses to advertise. Of course it is a method that needs to be incorporated into our modern digital channels. I’m excited about learning more and digging deeper into this subject. I’ve heard others mention Dan Kennedy, but this is the first book I’ve read....couldn’t put it down. I’ll be getting more of his books for sure!

Introduction: A little background
This is my first podcast. I'm sure it will be evident as you listen. As I contemplated publishing this content, I more than likely would have re-recorded this a number of times. You know, trying to get it "right" or perfect. My mentor hammered me until I admitted, to myself, if I didn't just record and publish...take action, it wasn't going to happen!
