Hi.
I'm so happy to be back on the podcast with you! In this episode I am talking about the ever controversial food: eggs. This episode is short but the bigger message is really important.
Whenever you're questioning whether or not to do something (or eat something in this case), you want to ask yourself deeper questions. The very fact that you're questioning a food can be good, because it means you care about your body and health. AND, in order to know the answer to a question like "should I eat eggs?" is do you know what happens within your body when you eat them?
Health can be simple when you know the way it works, or you decide the way it works for you. We deserve to have health yes for sure, and we deserve to know how our body works so that we can lovingly take care of it and choose the foods that feed health and make us feel our very best.
The entire point of eating well and creating a healthy body is so that you're free. Free to live the life you want, unlimited, unrestricted, not held back from doing or being the version of yourself who is so happy and fulfilled and loving how you feel and get to live each day.
I know how foods work and don't work for me. It's so important to know how they work for you.

Take any label or feedback or diagnosis you've been given as information. That's all it is. It's not who you ARE (unless you claim it but don't do that...) This is the attittude:
I am healing.
I am getting healthier every day.
I take this information and use it to get crystal clear on the method I will take and use with food, nutrition and my lifestyle to clear it away and get what I want.
My body is strong. My body knows what to do.
I get to have a baby if I want to have a baby.

Why your pregnancy isn't 'sticking'

Please above all else let go of the belief that your fertility in any way is a problem with you, or your body. It's not. It's just stuff in the way.

In order to see the real life results in your body and health you simply have to move. And do it over and over again. We fundamentally will not show up for a program or plan or anything that sucks the life out of us or we feel is zero percent fun. Agree? You literally don't have a choice in this, you MUST make your healthy lifestyle EASY, fun and doable.
I'm not saying it's easy to start new habits day one, but they have to become easy and you don't want to sign yourself up for something you actually don't want to do.

Unclog your body to master your mind - How to outwit the devil with food
I literally didn't know what to call this episode but the basis of it is this: What you eat is influencing your entire body and mind, and while yes it's true that the body follows the mind, the mind also follows the body. So USE the power of food, working out and focus to literally return to a place and feeling of strength and power in your body and change your whole life from there.
Whenever I'm in a rut of any kind, I tighten up on my nutrition. Cut out alcohol, cut out all processed foods and RUN. Like do something hard so that I can train my mind into listening to ME.
In this episode I read from Outwitting the Devil by Napolean Hill and literally he tells Hill the same thing I am telling you - don't treat your body like a a garbage disposal because that sewage is going to BACK UP in you and on you.

How to help your kids with constipation issues!
Allowing our body to digest and eliminate with ease is key to health, and it's super uncomfortable for adults and kids to deal with constipation issues. In this episode I go through several reasons your child might be constipated and what you can do right now, today at their next meal and as an overall diet shift with real foods that are available in all the stores.
I do want to stress that this is a big deal, you definitely WANT to deal with this because without healthy elimination our bodies have to figure out how to store away toxins that have no place in our bodies and have no place in getting near our cells. It's truly about purifying our systems inside out.
You can apply these same tips if you suffer with constipation as well.

Your thoughts are creating your health & body
It's not ONLY food, diet and working out that creates health or body goals. I would never say to not include or focus on those things - of course we need to feed ourselves the ingredients and information that helps our bodies run effortlessly, go eat something green :) But I'd be a really bad coach if I didn't help you see that it's way more than this.
You have to own your thoughts, and your mind and become aligned with the actions you take. This comes first. In this episode I talk about seeing that our thought are the most frequent 'input' we hold when it comes to our health and bodies. Yes, also food, and yes also exercise, but listen to this episode if you feel like you need a boost in the right direction and to help you remember that no one is creating your health but you.

I'm not kidding when I say that deciding to be healthy is way easier when you just go all in. When you decide to do everything in your power to make it happen you don't leave room for negotiating - negotiating with your own self = not all in.
This quote is from Jack Canfield, success coach and he's so right. 99% is a bitch, 100% is a breeze.
Sometimes going all in means doing what you know how to do. Sometimes it means getting support from someone who will keep you focused there. If you are looking for coaching support, I'm really good at accountability and not letting you believe you won't get what you want.

Hi. I am sarcastic.
But honestly, the amount of things I see people doing/eating/drinking thinking they make a difference in health outcomes is sort of kind of silly. Save your money, just eat real food. This is a short and sweet episode because I am over it :)

The Energy of RELIEF is the energy of health l Plus a new guided meditation!
In order to create change, and improve the health of your body, literally to change ANYTHING, manifest ANYTHING you want to access this energy, the energy of relief.
This energy is the energy where you know everything is ok, that you're going to be ok, where you can stop worrying, feeling mad, scared, or pissed or whatever you're feeling that you don't want to feel right now. It's the energy that allows the body to move forward. Think about it, if you knew for sure you were going to have the health and body you wanted, how would you feel?
OK I'll tell you. lol. You would feel relieved. And what I have found for me and my clients is that when you KNOW what's up with your body, it allows you to stop worrying. It really is about trusting that your body knows, it IS working, nothing is wrong with you and there is a way. From the energy of relief all the answers and your unique path will be revealed to you. how cool is this, that when we stop pushing or forcing and trying to figure it out, the answer comes to us? Yep that's how loved you are. You deserve health and to feel amazing.
In this episode I share a little bit about my post partum story and adrenal fatigue and how I had to move into relief to go from laying on the bed with NO energy to bouncing off the walls (like my normal self) again!

My Message to all the Mommas (and mommas to be) out there
OMG hi!
It has been a MINUTE. I know I know. I literally have been here there and everywhere, to Disney World, and lots happening this summer with the boys. And honestly I just haven’t felt certain of the direction I wanted to go with this blog, my podcast, my You Tube channel, all of it.
I have so much to tell you all about motherhood with two, going THROUGH pregnancy, the after side of it, HORMONES, balancing them, weight loss, thyroid, omg so much!!
So I’m starting here. With speaking to the women still at the beginning of the road to have a baby, or maybe another baby, or in the boat now wanting to be and feel the healthiest ever.

It's not your metabolism, it's toxins
Whatever the situation is that brought you to the point where you don't feel like you're in your own body, because it's carrying extra weight than you want, this is what you have to know.
It's NOT your metabolism!
It's toxins.
There is no law that says metabolism slows down after age 35 or 40. But what there IS, is an explanation of why it seems like around that age many of us feeeelllll like it's true. We feel like our bodies just aren't the same as they maybe used to be. And if you're anything like me, you still WANT to look and feel the way you really know you're made to.
After I had Dash, I had gained 35-40 pounds, somewhere in there, and I had to come back down the scale and FOCUS on food again, and REMEMBER what I know is the simple truth.
That our bodies know what's up. They know how to release weight and often that weight is toxins and inflammation. I actually LOVE this so much because it helps us remember our part in the equation is actually very simple. Eat real foods that help us cleanse, and then? The weight will happily melt away.

Your spirit babies want you to hear this
Today I had a very clear message that came through for you future conscious mommas. Your babies are ready and want you to know they need you to know how to be healthy, trust your body and prepare to take care of them.
This was wild, right after my meditation they gave me this message for you to hear. It's time to understand your body, how it works, what it needs and wants for and from you to be fully Baby Body Ready.
This next generation is not messing around and will not continue the paradigm of sickness and disease. The world is asking us to wake up and know how health works.

Eat dead foods and you're dead
I was sitting in my infrared sauna tonight (as usual) when this thought came to me that I just had to talk to you about. And that is when you eat dead foods, your body is dead. Even if you are walking around 'alive' are really living? Are you really living your best life in a body that feels meh or ok? Or sick?

How to guide your kids around food & eating, breaking patterns and Junk Food!
In this episode I’m talking about the ways most of us were raised around eating habits and told things like finish your plate or eat all of this so you get to have dessert. Let’s break this down and look at the messaging this is giving our kids and how we can GUIDE them instead of boss them and help them create a healthy relationship with food where they trust themselves.
This means understanding who EACH of them are, and how they innately are designed to eat and be and utilize food is so important. Yep we are talking human design again!
Let's break the patterns of saying things like you have to finish your plate, hurry up and eat that, or you have to eat all of ______ before you 'get' dessert. Are you seeing the coding happening here? Time to break the old rules and just follow the core of health, and of course INTUITION.

My latest reading with my Angel Intuitive: Where my pregnancy anxiety & panic attacks really came from (Soul Babies, Soul Lessons & Plant Based Eating)
Holy Moly guys!
I had my second reading with my Angel Intuitive yesterday and it was WILD. I set some intentions to find clarity about my business and the moves I wanted to make and we fell right into talking about Dash from a few minutes it. I didn't know how a baby's soul could affect a mother's body at this LEVEL until this session. I had a hunch Dash was a projector in Human Design when I was pregnant because I was a lot more tired, slept more and my appetite changed, but I had no idea that he was carrying something with him that had me FEELING him so very dramatically.
I talked about my experience with antenatal anxiety and panic attacks in this Facebook Live and the steps I was taking with the understanding I have of the root of these things. I still remained perplexed about how fast and intense these episodes came when I was carrying him. Check out that video here
Listen to this episode if you want to know more about how babies pick their parents, parents pick their babies, how souls stay together, and the lessons I learned about how plant based eating and foods were still supporting me while I was experiencing these symptoms. Remember the body, you and your soul are a WHOLE. Health is holistic and we are way more than just physical.
This brought me much closer to Dash, as his mom and protector. I encourage you to listen even if you don't have kids, and if you do, then well go grab them tight after this one!

Quitting Breastfeeding in Days, Cravings for animal protein and how listening to your GUT will always lead to to the outcome you want
This episode feels a little random but it all ties together under this theme:
Your body knows the answers, your body is always trying to clue you in on what to do, what to eat, what next move to make. When you focus on the OUTCOME you want, you have to be led down the path to get there.
This episode is about how I quit breastfeeding Dash (in about 10 days with zero pain or negative side effects), breaking up with rules that people make up/tell you about life/food/health let's be real....EVERYTHING and getting that you actually get to make all your own rules. It's also about how I was being guided to do this (but ignored it) and how the instant I was done breastfeeding my appetite completely flipped like MAJOR!

Today I want to share a training I did awhile ago in the middle of (or right after) taking my private Facebook group through a mini fruit and vegetable challenge!
If you ever wondered if you would be too hungry if you don't consume a lot of PROTEIN then this is for you. Shifting to eating more plant based does not equal a starving life. In fact it's pretty much the opposite, you get to eat in ABUNDANCE and like all areas of life, you get to have the good stuff and have as much as you want of it.
The key is understanding the place of protein AND understanding what happens in your body when you consume lots of fruits and veggies.
NOTE: you need protein, you need it you need all three of the macronutrients: CARBS, PROTEIN and FAT
We just live in a culture that makes this confusing and tries to tell you to eat a lotta meat lol. Ok enough typing, go ahead and listen to this episode and leave me a voice note or a message! Does Age Really Affect Your Body? How to NOT Allow this.
I personally do not like the idea of aging so I choose not to. Aging is simply another societal concept that most of us have bought into that is NOT required in life. Your body is following your mind. Your body is following your MIND. If/when you expect to age poorly you will.
