Sharing our story and journey helps us see we are not alone in our struggles. Isolating and giving up isn't the answer. Keeping myself accountable while hoping to help others motivates me to make podcasts, videos, and write my blog. I try to 1 or more of each every day (except Sundays). Podcasts are very important to share our message. I listen to many podcasts to learn and get inspired or motivated as I go about many mundane tasks. Some videos I make don't become podcasts because they are more visual and have to do with folding or seeing my clutter so if you are interested you can check out my blog or YouTube for anything you may not understand. Please leave a voice message here or reach out to those around you if you are needing to talk and share. Maybe your message can help others or we can learn from others and find our way to a better life together. I am not a therapist but I do know it is hard to try to struggle alone.

Worry and meditation are both concentrating your thoughts. Use yoga, relaxation and CBT to relieve stress and anxiety. CBT stands for cognitive behavioral therapy - retraining your thoughts and perceptions to have a healrhier outlook and become happier. If you know how to worry, you know how to meditate. These 2 concepts seem complete opposites but both are ways you direct your thoughts and repeat these same thoughts in a loop. Worrying is concentrating on the negatives, meditation is retraining those thoughts ro be more positive in order to release the negative to find peace. CBT is retraining the mind to put a better spin on those worries by realizing they are thoughts so you can find ways to take action or find new more positive thoughts to replace them and have a better outlook and overall feeling in a happier direction. Yoga can be relaxing and exercise, but you can find many healthy ways to relax. Sitting in the sunshine or taking up a fun hobby can help retrain your brain to let go of the thoughts that no longer serve you well.
