In today's episode I speak with Danny Vega and Rachel Gregory about the new program they designed called Killin It Fat Fueled that is designed to help transition the entire family to a Ketogenic Lifestyle. I am super excited to share this conversation with you all! As a community, it is easy to focus on just the weight loss aspect of Keto and we forget about what benefit it can have for those within our family such as our children. As a parent of a three year old, I felt compelled to transition my own son to Keto as I want to focus on fueling his body with the proper foods rather than the foods I grew up on that have been proven to do more harm than good.
If you are looking to transition your family to a keto lifestyle, lean in and hear just exactly what these two have created to make it super simple and easy. You can find more information on the Killin It Fat Fueled Program at the link below and feel free to use code KCL for a 10% discount! Also, be sure to follow Danny and Rachel on their social media platforms listed below as they are wonderful resources of knowledge! Hope you enjoy the episode!

In this episode, I speak with the one and only Robert Sikes aka Keto Savage! This episode is another favorite as it is always a pleasure to speak with such an amazing person in the Keto Community. Robert dives into his back story working for the railroad and how it catapulted him into making some tough decisions that ultimately led him to his success as an entrepreneur today! He talks about his bodybuilding history prior to keto which led to struggles with eating disorders that essentially went away when he found keto and implemented it as his lifestyle. He goes on to reveal his successful bodybuilding show win with a ketogenic approach and how he has been keto ever since. We also discuss the Keto Brick and how he's built both brands Keto Savage and Keto Brick from the ground up!
This conversation was so awesome and I hope you love it as much as I do!

In this episode, I speak with Cory Conklin who runs The Creative Keto Cook as well as Select Savory Seasonings. Cory is a great, genuine and awesome person who not only leads a ketogenic lifestyle but his 2 children (ages 4 &5) have been keto since birth! He and his wife aim to break the mold with their children generation and want to bring awareness to the world how Keto is not just a "diet" for weight loss but a lifestyle that should be led to prevent chronic disease, obesity and so much more.
Cory started Creative Keto Cook as a simple resource to simplify the keto diet for those who feel it is overly complicated. He also runs his spice business with Select Savory Seasonings that is all natural, pure ingredient and sugar free based! A much needed thing in the world these days!
We dive into changing your mindset as well as knowing that knowledge is power when it comes to meeting with your doctor. Education is key and knowing that just because our physician does not advocate for your chosen lifestyle doesn't mean you are required to abide by their recommendations.
I loved this episode and its full of wonderful tidbits. I hope you love it too!
