15 years ago Scott’s dad was 55 when he got prostate cancer. Scott was 31.and 40 pounds overweight., a couple years later Scott’s mom got cancer in her uterus. “They both had to go through chemo and have surgery to remove the remainder of cancer”. If that is not enough there is history in my family. Scott’s paternal grandfather passed away from bone cancer at age 62. My uncle (by marriage) passed away from cancer at age 60 and my dad's 2 best friends also caught cancer and passed away. It was pretty clear to see that the common denominator was not genetics, but lifestyle choices such as the air, the stress, the lack of exercise and of course diet. At age 31 I started to change my diet drastically. I was a vegetarian/pescatarian for 10 years and 'almost vegan' for almost a year. Then still at 30 pounds overweight, I moved to the Warrior Diet which introduced me to Intermittent Fasting (6 years ago). Currently, my diet is a strict Ketogenic low carb, moderate protein, and high healthy fats.in conjunction with the Wim Hof Method.
